It has already been one month, and it is clear that time is going to fly by. Caleb is growing quickly and I believe he is already 11 pounds. Dougie wasn't 11 pounds until he was 10 weeks old. We will have to see what Caleb is at his two month check up. He is staying awake in longer chunks and gives Mommy 3-4 hours of sleep at a time. He is such an easy baby. Only really cries when there is something wrong, and when he does cry it is such a sweet one. I have one more month to really enjoy him before going back to work :(

Fishing Trip
Doug wanted to take Dougie fishing, so we took him to Puddingstone on Saturday. He was so excited to go. We bought him a pole the week before and all he did all week was practice casting the line out in our back yard. He actually did quite well. Caleb slept while I took a billion pictures. When Dougie actually caught a fish (all by himself), I was feeding the baby in the car, so we only have one picture of the event. No close up :( The funny thing is that Doug was trying to teach him how to leave the line out in the water and wait, but Dougie was the only one to catch anything, and it was when he fished his own way. It was quite funny :)

The Month of June
This month has been an exciting month for the Silcock family. I completed the last day of school on June 3rd this year :) Then finished up the spring quarter at Cal Poly the following week just in time for all the fun to begin. We were excited to start off the summer with Dougie starting preschool and swim lessons. He has grown up so much in the last year and he loves both. He also loves being a big brother. Caleb was born on June 16th at 8 pounds 2 ounces. He is a big boy and continues to grow. At his 2 week check up he has already put on 10 ounces. This summer should be fun with the boys, and we plan on doing as much as possible before getting back to work in August.
